Shipping
Our shipments will come to your home or work address in the Europe, including Sweden, Spain, France, Denmark, Belgium, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Finland, Czech Republic, Poland, Switzerland, Slovakia, Croatia, Lithuania, Germany, and Italy*, ect,. Outside Europe, we only send to the United States, Canada and Australia.
* Unfortunately we cannot ship to any overseas departments and territories of the above mentioned countries, the Channel Islands, Gibraltar, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, Andorra, Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Campione d'Italia, Città del Vaticano, Livigno, San Marino, Büsingen am Hochrhein, Helgoland. Any order addressed to these locations will be cancelled.
We will shipping your order by with International Post and DHL Express. (PS: DHL services are not available in remote areas.)
Each order may take 1 - 3 business days to be processed, but in most cases we just need one day to process your order.
So the Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transportation time
The normal transportation time is about 15 - 20 days (DHL Express about 7 - 10 days). If courier encounter special weather or traffic control, may delay delivery. We can't guarantee accurate delivery time, because every time customs officers clear the customs at different speeds, but we will try to deliver your order in the shortest possible time.
In addition, in case of natural disasters or virus epidemics, the transport routes will be requisitioned by the government, and the delivery time will be longer than usual at that time, please know it!
You will receive a notification by email after the order has been shipped. It should be noted that the time we send this email is not the time when your order was shipped.
We usually update your order status to "Shipped" after the shipping company returns the tracking number. In fact, your order has been shipped a few days ago, and it is now in transit, you only need to wait patiently for delivery.
We will not submit a tracking number in your order status. If you need a tracking number, please contact us. When you contacting us, please provide your order number and the email address you used in the order so that we can quickly find your order information.
Please remember that both your order and any information within your order can not be changed after conducting the shipping package. We understand that sometimes you want to change or cancel your order, but be sure to do it in time, please. That is because we cannot guarantee that the change in our system will be effective before the shipment takes place, and also to avoid possible frauds. You can still contact our Customer Care team for advice.
Return
Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed to buy through our website. The return of the defective products will be accepted as long as a request is issued within a range of 30 days from the day you received your order. The products can also be accepted for reimbursement to the extent they have never been used and a request is sent to within 15 days from the day you received them. Shipping charges are not subject to refund.
We check our products before putting them on sale. Prior to returning any order, inspect every part of the order. If you have questions about using our products, please contact us, we will be happy to help. Our website is not responsible for any damages caused to people during or after use of the products.
Change
Defective products can be exchanged for another copy of the same model as long as a request is sent to within 15 days from the date you received your order. No changes will be accepted beyond this period of 15 days. Shipping charges are not subject to refund.
Reimbursement
Products may be recoverable if:
1. A request is sent to within 15 days from the date you received your order.
2. The product has not been used.
3. All shipping material, with package, accessories, and supplies are included in the return.
4. The shipping package is paid by the customer.
Any product that does not meet the above conditions are subject to a charge for return shipping charges.
No refund for damaged products or those missing in the original packaging will be accepted. If the client does not lend itself to pay the shipping charges, not for repayment.
Refund will be given following the same form used for the purchase, and will be made within a period of 14 days usually.
